How will IRS tax rebate check impact Social Security Disability recipients?

In May, 2008 the IRS will be sending out tax rebate checks. Many people are wondering if a $300 check will be deducted from their next month's Social Security payment. The answer is "no." One thing to remember, to get an IRS rebate check you have to file a tax return.
